Vitaflo International Ltd is dedicated to making shopping on our site as easy and enjoyable as possible however before allowing you to purchase online we require a prescription form to be completed.

To register

To register, simply fill out the registration form. The email and password you choose will act as your login username and password. Although you will be able to browse our products, you will not be able to ‘Go To Checkout’ (purchase any products) until both registering and completing our prescription form.

The prescription form needs to be completed by a licensed medical practitioner (doctor).

You can download the form (.pdf) by clicking on the ‘Downloads’ link on the left hand of the page and fax it back to us on +44 (0) 151 709 9020. After we receive the completed form, you will be able to purchase goods in the Online Store.

To place an order

Once you have been approved, to place an order from this site follow these steps:

  • Browse through the product catalogue by clicking on ‘Product Catalogue’ on the left of the page and navigate between the categories.
  • When you find the product you require either ‘Add to Cart’ or click on the image to view a larger picture and read product information.
  • You can either choose the quantity at ‘Your Shopping Cart’ section or at the ‘more info’ section.
  • If you want to browse through additional products click ‘Continue Shopping’ otherwise click ‘Go to Checkout’.
  • At the ‘Checkout’ you will be required to login.
  • After login, follow the instructions to complete the order.

To change or cancel an order

If your order has not been despatched and confirmed (by e-mail), you can change or cancel your order as follows:

  • Click on ‘My Shopping Cart’ on the left hand side of the page.
  • To remove individual items, change the quantity to ‘0’ and click ‘Update Quantities’.
  • To remove all items, click ‘Empty Basket’.

If your order has been despatched, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.

To pay for your order

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo debit cards. All our prices are in sterling (GBP), but we accept payments from anywhere in the world.

We do not charge for any item until we despatch your order.

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we have adequate stock availability of all products; however, some items may sell faster than we predict.

If the item ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. If the item is unavailable for a substantial length of time we will cancel your order and let you know by email.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are normally despatched by DHL Express and the delivery charge is based on the weight of the consignment and the zone to which it is being delivered. The three zones and estimated delivery times are shown below.

            European Union (within 2-3 working days)

            Rest of Europe (within 8 working days)

            Rest of the World (within 8 working days)

Customs Information

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Refunds

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact Vitaflo International Ltd and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange or refund. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.

If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product. If your product is lost during shipment we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expire. All replacement items for lost / damaged products will be shipped at our cost.

If you are to receive a credit, this will be processed within 5 working days of our receipt of the goods. In order to aid in the return process, please keep the original shipping package.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of Vitaflo International Ltd. If you change your mind about your on-line purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. Vitaflo International Ltd reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.

Prices and Tax charges

All prices are shown in sterling (GBP) and all goods are exempt from VAT.

Vitaflo International Ltd does not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Any information collected from you is treated as personal and confidential.

The information collected by this site is used to:

  • Complete orders
  • Administer and enhance the site and service
  • Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Credit Card Security

All credit card purchases are processed through WorldPay to ensure a completely secure solution against credit card fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
